My Name is Nephtalie, I have suffered with depression since I was 12, and my only comfort was the Bible or my Christian beliefs. At 16 I started to question the existence of God and the Bible. Even though I lost faith in God I acquiesced in my parents beliefs to go to church every Sunday, in a perfunctory way I followed them because I didn’t want to be the only one in the family that did not go to church. I was living my life trying to keep up with other’s expectations.
In my early 30’s I started to make a lot of changes in my personal life, which led my path to a social media marketer/entrepreneur name Tai Lopez. Tai has an online program where he encourages his followers to read at least one book a month. I started to read a lot, I enjoyed reading books, and blogs that normally I will never have read before. Those books allowed me to have faith in myself, to believe that I was enough, and that I do not have any limits. Many books touched me for example, All the Light We Cannot See, Looking Out For Number One, and the Daily Good blog. They helped me identify my personality and my potential. They helped me accept the person that I am. Those books allowed me to live my life by expressing my beliefs and be myself regardless if family and friends agree or not.
Books and blogs have contributed a lot in the person that I am today. I do not want to keep calm about it, I have been sharing with others what I learned via social media. I am always trying to encourage and inspire my friends. My Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat have a lot of motivational content.

Itsup2you is a motivational blog where I will post articles and testimony that will help people who are not certain about how to change their life to a better place. The main purpose of this blog is to help people who are going to “stuff” focus on their potential and encourage them to take responsibility into building the best person they can be. One of the best thing about itsup2you
is the “Take Action” section, in that section there will be a suggestion action or thought that will ask readers to engage in order to make a difference in their daily life and others.
Don’t be afraid to interact I won’t bite 🙂
